These Terms of Service govern the relationship between DoveJets (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the client (“you,” “your”) for the provision of air charter brokerage services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Nature of Services
DoveJets specializes in providing a bespoke aircraft charter concierge service, offering clients seamless access to private aviation through our curated network of premier operators. Whether it’s an on-demand flight or enrollment in our exclusive membership program, DoveJets delivers tailored solutions to meet your travel needs. Additional terms may apply based on the service selected.
When arranging an on-demand flight through DoveJets, specific terms related to your booking will apply. All flights are operated by licensed third-party providers in our network, who maintain full operational control. These operators may also require you to agree to their terms as part of the booking process.
Please note, DoveJets serves exclusively as your booking agent and intermediary. We do not operate or manage aircraft and are not a party to the contractual agreement between you and the flight operator. Any concerns regarding the operation of your flight should be directed to the operator. DoveJets remains committed to facilitating a smooth and luxurious travel experience, from booking to touchdown.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings are contingent upon availability and subject to confirmation with the operator. Once your travel requirements are received, DoveJets will provide you with a detailed quote tailored to your preferences. This quote will include all operator fees, applicable taxes, and any additional charges to ensure complete transparency.
To secure your booking, full payment must typically be made prior to the flight, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Payment terms, deadlines, and conditions will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience as you prepare for your journey.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations by the client may incur fees, as outlined in the booking confirmation. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the operator.
Changes to flight details, such as schedule or passenger numbers, must be communicated promptly and may result in additional charges.
Liability
DoveJets is not liable for delays, cancellations, or operational issues caused by the third-party operator. Our liability is limited to the arrangement of services. The operator assumes all responsibility for the operation of the flight.
DoveJets is also not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including weather, technical issues, strikes, or government actions.
Insurance
The charter operator is responsible for providing the necessary insurance coverage for the flight, including passenger liability, in accordance with applicable regulations. This insurance will cover any unforeseen events or accidents that may occur during the flight. However, DoveJets strongly recommends that clients also secure additional travel insurance to cover potential risks that may arise outside the operator’s coverage, such as trip cancellations, baggage loss, medical emergencies, or other personal contingencies.
We advise clients to review the operator’s insurance policy details before booking and ensure that their coverage meets their individual needs for complete peace of mind.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information regarding passengers, luggage, and special requests. All passengers must comply with immigration, customs, and security regulations. DoveJets is not responsible for delays or issues arising from non-compliance.
Privacy and Data Protection
DoveJets is committed to safeguarding your personal information and complies fully with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) as well as any applicable data protection regulations. We take the utmost care in ensuring that your data is handled securely and respectfully throughout the booking process.
The personal information you provide will only be used for the purposes of facilitating the arrangement of charter services, including communication with third-party operators, confirming bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Your data may be shared with trusted partners or service providers only when necessary to fulfill your travel requirements, and such sharing will be done in compliance with data protection laws.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.

DoveJets reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on our website and communicated to clients where necessary.
